Standard Exchange Policy
All products purchased at our site cannot be returned or exchanged under these Terms. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your product is defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp to (852) 69017135. If Buy Ho Yeah determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product. Buy Ho Yeah reserves the right to test your defective products.
To send back a product eligible for exchange (not purchased in volume), simply follow the instruction of Buy Ho Yeah Customer Service and send back your product with the original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product.
Please note the following:
- Eligible products can be exchanged only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
With regards to pricing, Buy Ho Yeah reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the site at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you of the error and allow you to either proceed with the transaction at the correct price or cancel your order at no cost to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should send a email to Contact Us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over US$100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
